Correct Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for delays or package losses due to incorrect address information.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the issue is due to product quality. Because address errors lead to failed deliveries, the reshipping fee will be $20.
