Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Conditions for Return:
The product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Customized items are not eligible for return. If the product has been installed, it cannot be returned.
Manufacturer Warranty:
Excluding light bulbs, all products are covered by our 180-day manufacturer warranty.
What if I need a replacement for damaged or broken parts?
Yes, we can replace broken or damaged parts free of charge. Please email us at support@thelazycorner.com with photos or videos of the items and your order number. If any part is damaged during shipping or if any defect is found during installation, we will send a replacement for the part.
What if I received my item but don’t like it? Can I return it?
Yes, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item is not custom-made according to your specifications.
- Only new products (This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used)
- The product must be in its original packaging.
General Return Process

Initiate a Return:
Please email us at support@thelazycorner.com with photos and/or videos of the items and provide your order number. -
Return Instructions:
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 1-3 business days and provide the return address and instructions. -
Ship the Item Back:
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address. Please send the return with a traceable shipping method. -
Refund or Exchange:
We will inspect the item within 1-3 business days after receiving it and either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Return Charges
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect products, quality issues,) we will provide a full refund
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (change of mind, incorrect order, or wrong shipping address), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- There are no restocking charges.
Refund Process
For orders canceled in accordance with this Order Cancellation Policy, we will process the refund within 3 business days after receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
It may take up to 10 days to receive your refund, depending on the bank or credit card provider. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@thelazycorner.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.
Product Damage
If any part is damaged during shipping or a defect is found during installation, we will replace that part free of charge.
