The Lazy Corner Warranty Policy

At The Lazy Corner, we warranty all lighting products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a minimum of 180 days from the date of purchase. Some products may have extended warranties depending on the specific item.

This warranty applies only if the lighting product is installed according to instructions and follows proper electrical codes. If you are not familiar with these codes, a licensed electrician must install the product.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defective materials or workmanship within the warranty period and damage during shipping, provided it is reported immediately upon receipt.

This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect. It does not apply to normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as scratches or discoloration, or external factors such as power surges, accidents, or natural events. Any expenses incurred in the inspection, removal, or reinstallation of the product are not covered. Labor costs, time, or other parts not purchased from us are excluded from this warranty. If the product has been repaired or modified by third parties, the warranty is void.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Provide the following details: your name, order date, order number, part number or description of the item, installation date, voltage, and a detailed description of the issue, such as whether the product does not turn on, flickers, or has other malfunctions. Include any troubleshooting steps you have tried, such as swapping sockets, changing photocells, or using a multimeter.

Send clear photos or a short video (about five seconds) showing the installed product, the problem occurring (such as flickering or not turning on), other working products nearby for comparison, and a close-up of the product showing the part and date stamp.

Once we receive the necessary details, we will open a ticket and forward it to our technical team for assessment.

Warranty Resolution Options

After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions:

If the product is defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If repair is possible, we will guide you through the process or provide necessary parts. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund upon return of the product.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

If the claim is valid, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a prepaid shipping label. If the claim is not covered under warranty, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
